Sales Coaching

In a competitive industry of sales training and coaching it is difficult to know what differentiates one organization from the next. At Property Casualty Insurance Consultants (PCIC-LLC), we customize our solutions to enhance cross-selling to perfection.  We are bound by a shared passion for problem solving, extensive insurance industry expertise and a drive to significantly impact sales results.

There are two prerequisites for sales coaching:

  1. Attend Fundamentals of Cross-Selling sales training workshop
  2. Successfully complete the pre-license coursework

Although our firm appreciates the new wave of policyholder buying practices, we do not believe in virtual sales coaching.  Our approach requires face-to-face interaction with the agency sales distribution force. We want to be in the agency or company with a “real policyholder” to offer “how to” examples.
