In business there is a relatively small segment of leaders who seem able to build relationships, trust and rapport with almost anyone and then broker those relationships to make connections between people, create partnerships and alliances while motivating others to get things done.

Rosa L. NeSmith, Senior Insurance Sales Coach and founder of Property Casualty Insurance Consultants (PCIC-LLC), is one of those people.  She has a strong background in insurance sales agency ownership.  She possesses a true entrpreneurial spirit blended with 28 years of insurance industry experience fused with increasing organizational profitability and performance through high impact sales and service while developing and retaining highly qualified talent.

Prior to joining Property Casualty Insurance Consultants (PCIC-LLC), Rosa’s carrier affiliations included:  Allstate Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, Travelers Insurance, Progressive Insurance, Harleysville Insurance, John Hancock and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  This successful entrepreneur earned her rights by seizing opportunities, making intelligent decisions, taking calculated risks and exhibiting strong leadership.

Rosa is certified in coaching, leadership, and DiSC workforce performance systems. She is a founder and executive director of the Georgia Insurance Education Association. She serves on the executive board of directors of the Atlanta Association of Insurance Professionals (the Georgia chapter of the National African American Insurance Association, NAAIA).  She is a state champion of the National InVEST progam sponosored by the Independent Insurance Agents of America.  She is a member of the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators, SITE; the American Society for Training and Development, ASTD, a state approved continuing education provider; and Toastmasters International.
